Welcome Back to CISDR!

The best way to measure the lives we touch is through the words of the actual students we worked with, especially those who have graduated from needing CISDR services, or perhaps have moved away, unable to continue that relationship with their case manager.

We are looking for our CISDR students. We want “former students” because to us, they remain an important part of the CISDR fabric. They may have moved on or moved up – but we want to hear their story. What better way to help the students of today, then listening to those of yesterday!

If you received CISDR services at any time during your school years (from grades K–12), we would love to hear from you. By completing this survey you give us insight into how CISDR may have helped you — whether it be tutoring that got you through that math class, or having someone to talk to when you were having trouble at home — what was it about this organization that you most remember?
