Donor Privacy Policy

It is Communities In Schools Dallas Region, Inc. policy to assure each donor the highest level of trust. Thus, the following important safeguards are in place:

CISDR does not sell or trade any donor contact information with any third party.
Appropriate electronic, physical and administrative procedures have been established to ensure that donor information is both secure and safeguarded.

All donor information is maintained in a restricted, password protected, secure environment with limited access. Security is assured through specific user licenses to the system.

CISDR donor records, including names, addresses, donation amounts, giving history and other identifying information are maintained in a confidential environment with access restricted to a limited number of authorized individuals.
A donor’s name and their specific contribution and/or pledge amount will be maintained in confidence by CISDR.
A donor will be recognized in the giving level category that is appropriate to their donation.
A request for anonymity by a donor will be honored at all times.
